Queen's Pact
A downloadable game for Windows
QUEEN'S PACT
"Do not perish yet, little spark. The Queen has not yet grown weary of your struggling."
— Her Majesty, Sovereign of the Underworld
A Fatal Miscalculation
"So, you believed summoning a Goddess of the Void was a 'clever' endeavor? Your arrogance is almost as vast as the debt you now owe."
Entertain or Eradicate
"The world is a stage of my design. Navigate its shadows, survive the ambushes of my court, and perhaps you shall be permitted to crawl back to the foot of my throne."
- Master the Forbidden Arts: A strategic card battler for those who possess the iron will to command the deck.
- Delightful Heresies: Mere 'balance' is for the weak. The Queen expects nothing less than broken synergies, infinite loops, and catastrophic damage.
- The Alchemy of Flesh: Power is never granted; it is taken. Sacrifice your loyalists or stitch their remains into eldritch chimeras. In this court, being 'boring' is the only capital sin.
The Architect’s Ledger
"The Queen’s Architects are currently stitching the very layers of this reality together. This current manifestation is but a glimpse, a mere sliver of the nightmare to come. We have adjusted the laws of causality so you might survive slightly longer than a common fruit fly. You are welcome."
Stop staring at these records and begin your service.
The Queen grows impatient.

Been kinda quiet for a while. Still working on this?
Hey :)
We are indeed! We very much hope we can release a new version soon.
Our early testers loved the immersion in a world but were lacking agency.
We are working on an exploration system to let you explore an area and choose which enemies or events you want to encounter, in which order, to let you push your luck and sequence perfectly.
It's taking us more time than we thought, forcing us to rebuild the game structure. It's a bit long but we hope people will love it :D
A lot of potential here. Really excited to see where development goes. I feel like it's a bit too reliant on RNG at the moment, though. Giving the player a bit more control/more options in events (perhaps choosing multiple paths like many other linear roguelikes) would help give the player a bit more of a sense of control.
Hey Zephyr! Glad you enjoyed it ;)
Yeah we still have much to do in terms on content (cards, events, story, characters, worldbuilding...) and how it improves the experience we are aiming to create. The game is still linear for now, as we are early in conception. The upcoming months we plan to add roguelite variability AND more choices and ways to control RNG.
That sounds amazing! I'll be keeping an eye on this one for sure. I'm excited to see where it goes!
